Dua for Rizq
O Allah, I ask You of Your bounty and Your mercy, for no one owns them except You.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَرَحْمَتِكَ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَمْلِكُهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Dua for Anxiety and Worry
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from helplessness and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from the burden of debt and from being overpowered by people.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
Istikhara Dua
O Allah, I ask You to guide me to the good through Your knowledge, I ask You for ability through Your power, and I ask You of Your great bounty. You are able and I am not, You know and I do not, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter is good for me in my religion, my life and its outcome, then decree it for me, make it easy for me and bless it for me. And if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my life and its outcome, then turn it away from me and turn me away from it, decree the good for me wherever it is, and make me content with it.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ، وَأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الْعَظِيمِ، فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا أَقْدِرُ، وَتَعْلَمُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ، وَأَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ خَيْرٌ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاقْدُرْهُ لِي وَيَسِّرْهُ لِي ثُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِيهِ، وَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ شَرٌّ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي وَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ، وَاقْدُرْ لِيَ الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ كَانَ، ثُمَّ أَرْضِنِي بِهِ
Dua for Healing the Sick
Take away the harm, Lord of mankind, and heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، اشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Dua for Good Health
O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
Dua for Debt
O Allah, make what is lawful enough for me so that I need nothing unlawful, and by Your bounty make me free of need for anyone but You.

اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ، وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
Dua for Parents
My Lord, have mercy on them both, as they raised me when I was small.

رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
Dua for Spouse and Children
Our Lord, grant us joy in our spouses and our children, and make us leaders of the righteous.

رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Dua for Exams (Rabbi Shrah Li Sadri)
My Lord, open my chest for me, make my task easy for me, and untie the knot from my tongue so they understand what I say.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي، وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي، وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي، يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
Rabbi Zidni Ilma
My Lord, increase me in knowledge.

رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
Dua for Patience
Our Lord, pour patience upon us and let us die as Muslims.

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Dua for Guidance
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and freedom from need.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى
Dua for Strong Iman
O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion.

يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ
Sayyidul Istighfar
O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I hold to Your covenant and promise as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for no one forgives sins except You.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
La Ilaha Illa Anta Subhanaka (Dua of Yunus)
There is no god but You. Glory be to You. I have indeed been one of the wrongdoers.

لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Rabbana Atina
Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Allahumma Ghfir Lahu
O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ

Dua for Waking Up
All praise is for Allah, who gave us life after He had caused us to die, and to Him we will be raised.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Dua for Entering the Toilet
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
Dua After Wudu
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger.

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
Dua for Entering the Masjid
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.

اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Dua for Leaving Home
In the name of Allah, I put my trust in Allah, and there is no power and no strength except with Allah.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
Dua for Protection
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Dua After Eating
All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any power or strength of my own.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Dua for Travel
Glory be to the One who has placed this at our service, for we could never have done it ourselves, and to our Lord we will surely return.

سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ
Dua When It Rains
O Allah, make it a beneficial rain.

اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا
Dua Before Sleeping
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.

بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

Ramadan, Hajj and the new moon

Dua for Seeing the New Moon
O Allah, bring it over us with blessing and faith, with safety and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah.

اللَّهُمَّ أَهْلِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْيُمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ
Dua for Breaking Fast
The thirst has gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is certain, if Allah wills.

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
Allahumma Innaka Afuwwun (Laylatul Qadr Dua)
O Allah, You are the One who pardons, and You love to pardon, so pardon me.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Dua for the Day of Arafah
There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things.

لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
